You can browse the website and may download material displayed for non-commercial, personal use only, provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, report, or use the contents of the website for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without the written permission of TRW.

Your access and use of the website is also subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreement between you and TRW, are superseded and of no force or effect.

Training & Coaching Services

Details of the design and content of our training and coaching services and the associated prices are subject to change without prior notice.

TRW reserves the right to cancel/postpone/reschedule a training or coaching service for any reason at our sole discretion. We will confirm trainings two weeks prior to commencement. Participants shall not make travel and accommodation arrangements prior to receiving confirmation from The Recovering Workaholic Pte. Ltd.

Full payment is required upon the completion of training registration or booking of our coaching services, unless we agree in writing prior. For details on our refund policy, please refer to below.

We reserve the right to appoint another trainer/consultant for our training or coaching services for any reason at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Participants shall not make any video, visual, photographic, audio, or other recording of any training/workshop session or part thereof without the written consent of The Recovering Workaholic Pte. Ltd. All such recordings made without our written consent shall be deemed to be the property of The Recovering Workaholic Pte. Ltd.

Prices

Prices on our training and coaching sessions are subject to change without notice. Any published prices listed on our website are deemed to the latest and applicable at the point of purchase. All prices are specified in Singapore dollars and, unless otherwise stated, include any prevailing government tax and charges.

Payment

TRW has the right and sole discretion to amend or alter the modes of payment. Currently, you can pay us via bank transfer or PayNow. Please contact us at support@therecoveringworkaholic.com for payment details.

Refund Policy (Public Training Workshops)

The following applies for public workshops only and not direct engagements with organizations. TRW understands life changes and there would be times when you have to cancel on us.  However, at a certain point in our workshop schedule, we incur costs that cannot be recouped if you cancel on us. Below are our policies in which refund will be applied should that happens.30 days or more before the workshop:  

• 30 days or more before the workshop: We will refund 100% of your registration fee.
• 14-29 days before the workshop: We will refund 50% of your registration fee OR credit your account the full amount to be used within 180 days.
• 7-13 days before the workshop: We will credit your account for 50% of your registration fee to be used within 180 days.
• 6 days or less:  No refunds, no credit.  But you can always substitute someone else to attend the workshop.

Indemnity

You should assume that everything you see or read on the website is copyrighted unless otherwise stated. You should not use anything that is published on this website without our written permission. At the same time, The Recovering Workaholic will neither warrants nor represents that your use of information and materials displayed on the website will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with us.

While The Recovering Workaholic will uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the website, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. TRW will assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the website.

Your use and browsing of the website is at your risk. Neither TRW, nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the website is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the website. Limitations & Exclusions

To the extent permitted by law and unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities or other terms that may be implied by custom, under the general law or by statute are expressly excluded under these Terms and Conditions.

To the extent permitted by law and unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, TRW’s liability to you arising directly or indirectly under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the performance or non-performance of these Terms and Conditions and whether arising under any indemnity, statute, in tort (for negligence or otherwise), or on any other basis in law or equity is limited as follows:

• we exclude all liability for loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of customers, loss of capital, downtime costs, loss of profit, loss of or damage to reputation, loss under or in relation to any other contract, loss of data, loss of use of data, loss of anticipated savings or benefits, or any indirect, consequential or special loss, damage, cost or expense or other claims for consequential compensation, incurred by or awarded against you under or in any way connected with these Terms and Conditions; and
  
• our total aggregate liability under or in any way connected with these Terms and Conditions is otherwise limited to the amounts paid by you to us under these Terms and Conditions during the twelve-month period preceding any eligible claim.
